How long does a custom jersey take?
Production takes 7–10 business days, then standard shipping (free, 5–7 business days) or express shipping ($14.99, 2–3 business days) in supported regions.
Can I order for my whole team?
Yes — volume discounts apply automatically: 10% off at 10+ jerseys and 15% off at 25+ of the same design. For 50+ jerseys, contact us and we'll put together a quote.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Ireland, with more regions being added.
Can you print real team logos?
No. We print original designs only — no licensed team names, logos, or trademarks. Any name, number and colorway you dream up is fair game.
What's your return policy?
Because every jersey is made to your spec, custom jerseys are final sale. If there's a defect or a mistake on our end, we'll remake it free.
How should I wash my jersey?
Machine wash cold, inside out, and hang dry. The stitched twill names and numbers will stay crisp — just skip the dryer and the iron.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards plus Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
